Light and texture are the key elements for this design. I didn’t go light handed with my gold spray. However, thanks to the organic shape of this floral arrangement and the use of natural and wild foliage, the final result is very elegant. It’s not too bling and it’s got just the right touch of opulence and Joy for Christmas!

VYou will only need about three or four stems of amaryllis. The accent pieces such as thistles, pinecones and rosehips can be foraged in your garden or the forest but you can also order them from your local florist.
- Scissors, wire cutting tool
- Three Christmas baubles
- Gold spray
- Wooden pot or other rustic container
- Small recycled glass jars
- Wooden sticks
- Tape (floral or ordinary tape)
- 3 or 4 amaryllis
- 4 dry hydrangea
- 1 rosehip stem
- 1 wild thistle
- 2 pinecones
- 2 branches, if possible covered with moss or lichen
- A couple fern leaves
